Please ensure that any returns have the number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by the warehouse. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first.
